These are estate 14k yellow gold heart earrings with .30 carats of diamonds with an omega back. Each heart has eight round white diamonds dotted throughout the front. The omega back also has a post to accommodate pierced ears. They are stamped “14k 585” with a hallmark on the inside but the stamp is hard to read.
